The Beaver County Community and Law
Enforcement Coalition (BCCLEC) is a community-based
initiative of the Franklin Center of Beaver County.
BCCLEC is dedicated to improving the relationship
between the community and law enforcement. Now, more
than ever, the community needs to take an active role in
addressing and easing the tension between the community
and police. BCCLEC strives to engage members of the
community at large, connect with the law enforcement
community, and recruit minorities and women to law
enforcement careers.

To further this effort, the BCCLEC is planning their annual
event – Beaver County Shon Owens Unity Games. This event will
team law enforcement officials and students between 8th and
12th grade from across Beaver County to compete in various
field day activities. BCCLEC is partnering with various
youth groups and law enforcement agencies, from the
Beaver County area. The goal of this effort is to promote the
mission of the BCCLEC and connect local youth with local
law enforcement officials in a fun and exciting way. This
will help to foster relationships from an early age and to
encourage our youth to consider careers in law enforcement.

The Beaver County Unity Games will be held at
Community College of Beaver County, 1 Campus Drive,
Monaca, PA 15061.

Saturday, July 13, 2024, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
